It's all about
home winemaking. We do it. We promote it. We
encourage it. How? The committee sponsors an annual home
winemaking seminar, where we draw on the knowledge and experiences of
home winemakers, professional winemakers from the Finger Lakes, winery
consultants, and the personnel of the New York State Agricultural
Experiment Station in Geneva, NY (part of Cornell University), as
speakers. While you are here do take a look at the
"Winemaking Help" page. It has all of the handouts that are
available at the seminar. Likewise, the "Links" page will give
you more winemaking resources. It is our hope that you can use
this site to help you make better wine at home.
